Hi @CRISCONNEX 👋 If you downgraded your account to a free account, you will not have access to those recordings until you resubscribe to a paid account within a 30 day period. After 30 days, your cloud recordings are set to be deleted. For more information, please check out the following article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063923
