Lost cloud recording in now unlicensed/basic account

I have been hosting and recording various Toastmasters club meetings. However, due to the costs involved, we have been sharing accounts and have moved several times from the said accounts. Now that we need records of the past meetings, I went back to the accounts, which are now basic, and could not retrieve the recordings. Please help as I have used three different accounts in the past year.

To access cloud recordings, those users need to be licensed. While those users are Basic, their cloud recordings are just inaccessible.
