want to know if there is a way not to lose remote control after network disconnect or leave the meeting and join again. Right now, host has to intervene and give access all the time. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, when a network disconnect or a participant leaves and rejoins a Zoom meeting, the remote control function will be reset and the host will need to grant access again. This is a security feature built into Zoom to prevent unauthorized access and ensure that the host has control over the meeting at all times.

However, there are a few workarounds you can try to minimize the impact of losing remote control:

  1. Use the "Request Remote Control" Feature: Participants can request remote control from the host, which can help streamline the process of regaining remote control after a network disconnect or rejoining the meeting. To do this, click on the "Remote Control" button in the Zoom toolbar and select "Request Remote Control."

  2. Have Co-Hosts: The host can assign co-hosts to the meeting who have similar privileges and can help manage the meeting. Co-hosts can also grant remote control to participants if needed.

  3. Enable Auto-Enable Remote Control: The host can enable the "Auto-Enable Remote Control" option in the meeting settings, which will allow participants to automatically gain remote control without the need for the host to manually grant access each time.

Note that these workarounds may not work in all situations and should be used at the discretion of the host. Additionally, it's important to ensure that remote control is only granted to trusted participants to prevent any potential security issues.
