Locked Out of Account Cannot Verify

I had to make a completely new account to post on the board for help because I am locked out of my main account because the verify button on your website isn't working. I have the verification codes needed to verify my account but the verify button is greyed out and cannot be clicked. This is incredibly frustrating please fix it. Thank you.
