Live Streaming App

I set everything up correctly to stream into a facebook group - Stream Key - Server URL/RTMP - Page link - but still get an error when trying to actually stream. It says:

Error: Failed to connect to Zoom services
Please refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. If the error persists, contact Zoom support.

I've cleared the channel and re-entered the info several times - all w/the same result. Anyone know what else I can try?

It is very sad that my $15.99 a month is not good enough to get live support from zoom with a problem that multiple people are having . the problem is not from Facebook it's on the zoom end and yet they leave us struggling as we pay monthly. too sad.
