In my old company, I had the ability to sign in as a Live Assistant on any meeting across the organization. Can someone help me understand what specific licensing model that feature is available under? I've tried calling over the phone, and working through the ChatBot, and I can't seem to find anyone who knows what this is.

Hi @jmignano! If you have a Business, Education, or API Plan and you are also the account owner or admin, you will have access to the Dashboard that lets you view current live and past meetings or webinars held. This also includes the feature to Join Live as Assistant. For more information, check out https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063135.
