List of attendees not showing


Hi , I held a zoom meeting through my company account earlier today and I'm trying to pull a report with the list of participants but it's not showing up. The meeting shows up in previous meetings but I'm not able to pull any reports from it. Does anyone know what I can do? I can't speak to a live agent on chat cause my company's license doesn't include live chat support. I already tried contacting my IT team and they directed me to zoom support.

Did you wait at least 30 minutes before checking the reports? Reports may be missing or incomplete until 30 minutes after the session has ended. 

Thank you! You're right I had to wait, somehow the invite was showing up in a later time zone so I had to wait a few hours but now I can see the participant list.

I held a meeting two weeks ago and need a list of attendees.  There is no "report" selection on my profile page. I can pull up the meeting but there is no "report" functionality? How do I sole this?
