I’ve recently updated to 5.13 on macOS Monterey 12.6.2. Video feed for all my cameras (onboard Mac native webcam and external Logitech 922 webcam) cannot operate anymore: the image freezes. I was running macOS 12.6.1, so I updated, restarted: same issue.
Now the only option left is for me to roll back to the previous (working) version 5.12.9 (13190). A link would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
UPDATE:
1) Manage to find 5.12.9 on uptodown: https://zoom.en.uptodown.com/mac/versions
2) I can confirm that rolling back to 5.12.9 solves the issue: both the native webcam and the external webcam now behave as expected. So might be a conflict between macOS Monterey 12.6.2 (and 12.6.1 since I experienced the issues with this version, before updating in the hope of fixing the issue: the update to 12.6.2 did not solve the issue).

Dear Prnx, I solved the problem by downloading version 5.12.9 downloaded from uptodown server: https://zoom.en.uptodown.com/mac/versions; Everything worked properly again.

My organization is affected as well. Seems to only be occurring on MacBook Air i3 devices on macOS Monterey 12.6.2 with Zoom version 5.13.3

@sp_edgar I can confirm the issue for me is occuring on a MacBook Air i5. I have not heard anything official from Zoom, and I do not know if newer versions fix the issue.

I've shared the official download links for Windows and macOS (5.12.9) here: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/12-28-2022-Zoom-Update-Video-Freeze-With-Flashing-Multi-Color...

The upcoming January 16, 2023 release for macOS (version TBD) seems substantial. One of the issue that it is supposed to fix reads as follow: “Resolved an issue for a subset of users regarding video crashes due to high CPU usage”
