Lenovo laptop camera not working in zoom

When starting the camera its just a dark screen even though the laptop camera shows a turned on light. Camera is working in other apps but facing issue in zoom. I have tried to follow this article -- https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064277 
but this solution is outdated and doesnt work now.

Fixed by manually downloading the driver from lenovo support site and installing.

Can you explain a bit more about how you fixed this issue? I am having the same problem with my Lenovo laptop. But I have no idea where to find the driver or how to install it.
