Large Meeting integration

Hello community, this week we upgraded our plan from our account to one with Large Meeting. The question that arises as a team is if now all our meetings are Large or we have to activate the option in each meeting, if so I can't find the option to make our meeting Large. Help

 Hello, so, the way that it works is that only the user with the large meeting license will be able to host meetings with that capacity. You can move the license from one user to another, but you cannot share that license. If you would like to have multiple users with a large meeting license, you would need to purchase more than one license in order to allow multiple users/hosts to host meetings with a higher capacity. Or, you can look into our bundled license models on zoom.us/pricing to see if there is an option that works best for your use-cases.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

My question is not clear. So if I have a Zoom meeting, will it automatically be a large meeting? That is, I don't have to configure anything in the scheduled meeting? All this taking into account that I already have the large meetings plan purchased a while ago.

But then all the meetings I have with my user with a long meeting plan will have the capacity to be long? Don't I have to activate the option in each meeting? (because I don't see any option in the meeting options)

 Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was on PTO for a few days. So, the key is in the licensing. Once you apply the license to your account then every meeting that you schedule will have the capacity of the license. If you go to your profile page and scroll down to the account section, below that is the license section and that will tell you all of the licenses that you have. Below is a screenshot of my account.
