Lack of Support Centre response

Anyone else finding the support centre not responding?  I've submitted two requests and no answer.
Since Zoom changed to Zoom Workplace i it takes about 20 mins for a meeting to open and then says video not working.  I have tried 'clean up zoom' and reinstalling - still same problem.  Frustrating when you pay a premium for Pro and support can't even acknowledge you!

yes I have had exact same thing. I submitted a ticket over a week ago (ticket #TS1959412) about a problem w/ a zoom report that I've never experienced before; I have Zoom Workplace Pro plus a 500 person meeting add on. They created the initial ticket, then I've had 3 different reps email me in reply to ask the exact same questions already clear from the ticket and I provide that same info again and again. And no one has now responded in days, even though I've prompted to inquire. Their support is absolute crap. And when I call in they say i'm not eligible for phone support. And there's no way to get a supervisor involved.
