Issues with upgrades

Hello, The past couple times I have used Zoom I have had issues with upgrades---meaning I am signing in to my meeting and then there is a box that pops up  asking. me to do the upgrade. So I click to do the upgrade, and it looks like it is going to do the upgrade  but then I get a message the upgrade failed. Last time I tried to use zoom because  I was unable to do the upgrade, I could not attend my meeting. Any thoughts or help with this would be appreciated.

Hi @MK54 thank you for your post within the community! Do you mind sharing with me what operating system you are currently running Zoom on whether that be macOS or Windows? Also, are you prompt any specific error code as well with the failed updating error message?
