Is it possible to rearrange guests video(face) by host?

I need to arrange the guests video line by line.

 

For example, 'A' group is in first line. 'B' group is in second line.

And the host drag the guest face(video) then drop it to other place.

 

Is this possible ?

...which doesn't work... (i followed all the guide in the article to activate from the personal page but that option isn't avaiable)

When you say option isn't available, do you mean it's grayed out or not there at all?  I have it in my settings and was able to turn it on.  Are you using the required desktop client?  Maybe reach out to your account admins to see if they are enabling the option for users?
