We have a standing company meeting on our calendars. It includes a Zoom link, but the link is to the personal meeting room of just one of the meeting attendees. If that meeting attendee isn't available for the meeting, the link can't be used. Is it possible to create a meeting link that is shared among users?
I understand that a workaround could be to, in the meeting appointment in Outlook, include links to several meeting rooms so that one could select the link for the meeting room of the person who will be present, but that doesn't seem like a great option.
