Hi - I work for a small non profit and need to schedule a board meeting. I want to invite board members DIRECTLY from Zoom. All instructions I see say I need to cut and paste the details and invite via another calendar.
We do NOT have a business license; in other words, we are not integrated into a single system. The individuals are listed in my zoom contact list.
Is it possible to invite DIRECTLY from Zoom and not through a third party calendar?
Thanks!

Hi Eliot. Not how I read it. It seems very easy to invite others via Zoom DURING a meeting. However, in order to invite people when one is SCHEDULING a meeting, both Desktop Client and Web Portal options say: The meeting invitation will be copied and you can paste that information into an email or anywhere else you would like to send it out.
I want to send directly from Zoom and not through a third party email or calendar.
Perhaps I am reading it wrong?
Thanks, Cindy
