Interviews on Zoom over 2 days andwant to use same link

We are conducting interviews over Zoom and they are over 2 different days.  I want to use the same Zoom meeting link for both days.  I thought thought this wouldn't be a problem and the link would work for both days, but last time, on the 2nd day, participants got this below and 7/9/21 was the first day, already over.  what's the best solution?

IT can fix the problem and interview one and two can resume using the same meeting link. I think working through whatever problems come up during the work day is natural, the important thing is coming to a resolution that meets the team’s needs.

You can use the same link over multiple days, but it will show the start date.

If you setup recurrence on the meeting, it should solve that.
