I am dealing with a recent Zoom Slack App Integration Error:

Internal Server Error
500 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_bd4ddefcd03e7df2

This issue arises all of sudden. The Slack vendor confirmed it's not on their end. All of my users are affected. Has anyone dealt with this specific issue and got it resolved?

Hi there!

I have the same issue when I try to integrate with Slack.

We have Zoom installed on Slack domain-wide, and it's working for people who already autherized the app and signed it before.

Now, one of my users is experiencing the same issue.

Is there no fix for this solution?

No one to contact with?

A real person to explain the issue to?

This is the text we got:

Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error
"500 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_18c54471602f55ff"

If anyone from Zoom can hear me, please assist.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply 🙂

Unfortunatly, that didn't work.

I also tried to remove both Zoom and Slack completely but just got a different error:

"The parameter state is invalid. Please try to reinstall the app.

500 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_140e455f7d064547"

I even installed the apps back in reverse order just to rule this option out.

I had to disable our Zscaler private access since it does packet inspection, it's possible if you have an internet proxy or some other security measure (in-the-middle) you might get this when authorizing.
