Where is the Sessionlink? Urgent help needed!

Today I planned a new meeting and then I wanted, as usual, copy the link and send an Email from my GMail-Account. New: the link to the meeting isnt shown any more?? I can´t copy it out?

Sorry, that is a nogo!

I am obvisously being forced to use the zoom-internal Mailsystem to invite people. Sorry, can´t do since due to DSGVO (Datasecurity in Germany) I am not allowed to share Email of my clients.

I have not yet figured out if there is another way to find the link.

Any help on where I can get this is very apprechated.
Dirk

Hello @DirkStaudt,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here!

You can still access and copy your Zoom meeting link without using the Zoom internal mail system. Here’s how you can find your meeting link:

  1. Go to your Zoom Meetings page: https://app.zoom.us/wc/meetings
  2. Sign in if prompted.
  3. Find your scheduled meeting in the list.
  4. Click on the meeting topic or the “Copy Invitation” or “Copy Link” option next to your meeting.
  5. You can then paste this link into your Gmail or any other email service you use.

This method allows you to copy the meeting link directly, so you do not need to use Zoom’s email system or share your clients’ email addresses with Zoom.

Thank you for the answer. I am using the app (Windows 11) where it was possible to copy the link. Do I now have to open the website to find the link?

You can still copy the meeting link directly from the Zoom desktop app on Windows 11. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Zoom app.
  2. Go to the “Meetings” tab on the top menu.
  3. Find your scheduled meeting in the list.
  4. Click on the meeting to view its details.
  5. You should see a “Copy Invitation” or “Copy Link” button—click this to copy the meeting link to your clipboard.
  6. Paste the link into your Gmail or any other email service.

If you do not see the “Copy Invitation” or “Copy Link” button, make sure your Zoom app is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, the interface changes with updates, but the option to copy the link should still be available in the meeting details.

If the option is missing after updating, you can always use the web portal as a backup: https://app.zoom.us/wc/meetings
