Incorrect message to guests that I am in a meeting

Dear Community

I am having a recurrent problem that when I host a meeting then launch the meeting at the appropriate time in zoom,  and my guest clicks on the link which I have sent at the start time, my guest receives an incorrect message that I am "in another meeting".  How do I cure this problem?

Hey @btw1979, usually when this happens, as the host, you still may have an open Zoom Meeting that wasn't properly ended. Suggest going to https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming and seeing if there is any other active meetings going on that you can end.
