Inability to Access Zoom

The same link is being opened by other devices but being failed by my clients phone and tablet.

1) Checked internet connection both via wifi and mobile network 
2) Uninstalled and Installed zoom
3) Cleared Cache

Am having the same issue.  Online support, no help! Still no answers.
