If I schedule a meeting to start at 2pm how much earlier can I log in before 2pm?

You can log in anytime and multiple times before the meeting takes place. The meeting remains on your Zoom account until the date/time of the meeting passes.

And another question - how long after the meeting end can you remain in the Zoom meeting? For example if you over ran.
