I find the New trim feature for Zoom recordings frustrating and confusing

I agree. I can't even see how to go back to the two-slider method of choosing a piece of the recording; instead, a different interface pops up.

I came here specifically to find out how to work with it.

Same here, I accidentally trimmed off the wrong part of my vid, now there is no way or info on how to revert to original! Help!!!!!!!!

The only problem we see: they don't work. Well, maybe sometimes. In today's test, the slider at the start of the video appears to be  bolted in place, while the end slider moves. Sometimes. But it's like trying to draw with a brick: not very precise.

Much prefer to be able to download the video files (speaker, gallery, shared screen), clean them up in a video editor, then push the clean version back to Zoom.

We can do it - but not if we want to control registration to the on demand video.

So close, yet so far.
