I don't see the customize waiting room option.

I have enabled waiting room from the web portal, but under it there is no option to customize waiting room. Can someone tell me why?

The Waiting Room is disabled by default for instant meetings and Zoom Phone calls elevated to a meeting. You can only enable Waiting Room for these meetings using the Security option in your in-meeting controls

But in this article it is written that we can enable and customize the waiting room through the zoom web portal.

I have the same issue. I have enabled it in security, but there is no meeting room option or customisation below. It is not showing up at all. I have the free account, have they blocked customisation for this account level?
