I created a meeting but it does not show me as Host

I have created a meeting but when I try to record under the same meeting, it says I need permission from Host. If I created the meeting, why wouldn't I be the host. I am using the same account and nothing has changed.

Hey @Sarahkeibb for this one, I recommend contacting Zoom Support to analyze the meeting in question. They will inform you of the problem and how to resolve it; this is not the experience you should have unless you were assigned as an alternate host. Or have special scheduling rights for others on your account.
