hello, I recorded a very important lecture, I see that the recording is 680 mb and it is in the cloud recordings, but when I press "download" it gives me an indication that such a recording is missing. What to do?

Hi @Tzvet so just to further understand, when you go to https://zoom.us/recording click ' ... ' and click download, you're given a 'recording is missing' error?
First, please look into the Knowledge Base article on Troubleshooting missing cloud recordings, specifically under the 'Still can't find the cloud recording' section, and let me know if the troubleshooting suggestions help!
