I can't designate a Co-Host

I waited until the meeting had participants, but it only offered a "Make Host" option. I have gone to Settings then Meetings but nowhere is there a toggle to allow the designation of a Co-Host.

I was able to create a Group and select the Co-Host feature, but following the instructions for Account and User do not show an "In Meeting (Basic)" tab under the Meeting tab. Ain't there.
