I have a part time job and use the workplace app for those meetings. I also have my own business and need to keep my meetings for my business separate. I used to use my web account for my personal business. Is this still possible? Zoom seems to misunderstand that I have two separate needs for using Zoom and thinks I just have the one job.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Jessnycyogini! Are you using two different accounts for the web app and desktop app?

Yes. My concern is that the last time I held a meeting I logged in from the web, was prompted to use the app and then my meeting attendee got a message that I was in another meeting. I had to log out and back in again and then she was able to enter.
