I accidentally paid for yearly subscription instead of monthly.

Luckily, I have been able to switch it back from yearly to monthly.

 

But I'm wondering if I will receive my money back.

 

And if I don't get my money back I have no idea who to contact.

 

I never realized I would not be able to contact zoom staff - how useless.

 

I wish I'd known this from the beginning.
