Hi.I want to change the mirror video function.And I learnt that I need to go to settings.Setting should be below the picture of me.Guess what.There's nothing there.100% nothing.Can anybody help?

I accidentally paid for yearly subscription instead of monthly.

Luckily, I have been able to switch it back from yearly to monthly. But I'm wondering if I will receive my money back. And if I don't get my money back I have no idea who to contact. I never realized I would not be able to contact zoom staff - how us...
