How to remove passcode from all meetings

I have always been able to send the same zoom link for my meetings and now it is requiring a passcode. How do i turn off the passcode requirement and still be able to use the same link each time without scheduling a meeting? Like to just hop on a zoom randomly with teammates when necessary?

Amen.  I'm dying to hear the answer to this. I also want the option of NEVER begin required to use a passcode on my Personal Meeting ID.  Please!
