How to prevent double booking

Is there anyway to prevent double bookings of meetings or to get a notification that someone has already booked that meeting time? We are using the Zoom add in for outlook. Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi @NG88, welcome to the Zoom community!

 

I suggest syncing your Zoom and/or Google Calendar with online scheduling apps like Calendly. Once a time has been booked through your unique scheduling link, it will not be shown as available anymore, which can prevent double bookings of your time. Hope this helps 😊

I suggest syncing your Zoom and/or Google Calendar with online scheduling apps like Calendly. Once a time has been booked through your unique scheduling link, it will not be shown as available anymore, which can prevent double bookings of your time. Hope this helps 😊

This is not working for me I have synced my google calendar and my calendly and I still get double booked. Does anyone has another solutions?
