How to Disable a Gong Bot

hi!

 

We recently used Gong call recordings for our organization but disabled them 4 weeks ago. for some reason, their recoding bot is still appearing on our sales team calls. 

 

We have uninstalled the zoom marketplace app as well as disconnected it from our google suites accounts.

 

Has anyone heard of this before?
