If the SEC considers recordings from Google Drive, it could be a good option to avoid concerns over cloud storage costs costings by Zoom.

You can easily upload your recordings to Google Drive, OneDrive, or any other cloud platform through various methods.

There are a few ways to do this. You could download the Zoom call recordings into a designated file folder. You could use use APIs to automatically extract the call recordings and archive them accordingly. There are also several Zoom apps that can do this for you automatically. One option is Salepager which lets you retain the Zoom meeting recordings to meeting archiving requirements.
