How much data does the Zoom phone app use?

I have looked high and low, and I find tons of answers as to how much data Zoom uses on a computer, but I can not find any estimates for how much data is consumed on a phone or tablet. Does anyone know?

Unfortunately, there is no one answer for this question, as your bandwidth usage will vary depending on how many participants are in the meeting with video, if your video is on, is someone is sharing their screen, etc. 

We do have some recommendations on this article about mobile system reqs.
