Hey there! I'm kinda new to zoom, started to use this platform just a while ago. So I've been thinking about security methods during calls... since I have my online sellvia store I often have to call my specialists or customers to discuss something and during these meeting we ofc talk about some private things or share file that no one else is allowed. How do I ensure total security? Do I just put the password on the meeting or there's something else I can do? Thanks

Hi,
You should also enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security and keep your app updated to benefit from the latest security patches.
Look into utilizing waiting Rooms to control who joins your meetings and restrict screen sharing to only specific participants or the host.....Once all participants have joined, lock the meeting to prevent others from joining.
FYI you will want to be cautious with links shared in the chat and also regularly review and adjust your privacy settings
