How do I use my polls?

I cannot find where to implement my quizzes or polls in  my meeting that is currently in progress.  The AI bot was less than helpful.  I have three quizzes created.  Please help.

AI bot is useless.   The poll option is not under host tools.  It's to the far right of your toolbar.  click on "More" and the polling option is listed.  Make sure you saved your polls to yout library so they appear at all your meetings.  Hope this helps.
