How do I make all future participants join as presenters

I have a recurring meeting where I have set all participants to join without the host. Essentially, its their time to meet and discuss projects without me being there. I want them to be able to present, however, without me having to join each time to give them sharing privileges. I haven't been able to find an option to do that. Please help.

This is a setting at the User, Group, and organizational account level. Here’s my current settings:

The red highlighted setting is the important one. I suggest the others too – let me know if you’d like to understand why I like these settings.
