How do I HIDE active speaker panel?

I'm recording a Zoom call via HDMI to a separate recorder. I do not want the active speaker panel to be up. If I drag it off to the side, sometimes it disappears; sometimes it doesn't. Can I choose a setting that gets rid of the active speaker panel?

Thanks!

@ChrisOTF ,

 You can change your cloud recording settings by going to settings -> recording tab -> under record active speaker, gallery view, and shared screen separately. Disable the Active Speaker radio box.

Run a test Webinar or meeting and see if that view will work for you. Here is more information about the different recording layouts with Zoom.
