Host is restricted from screen sharing when participant join

I can only do screen share wen no one is connected to my meeting. But when my participant connect to my meeting, I can't screen share. A message pop saying I am restricted from screen sharing when external users are in the meeting. I am on a Windows desktop computer. 

 

Please help. Thank you!

Check this setting on your Zoom Web Portal page:

The Disable screen sharing when guests are in the meeting switch should be turned off.  Turning it On disables the ability to screen share when people are in your meeting that are not a member of your organization's account.
