Help converting files, in Local folder loads of space

All recorded as normal, little presentation, Test saved fine, Then after 2 longish presentations 200mb+99mb did not convert, I see files in my local folder, all fine ..lots of space etc.. What can be done? to convert them. manually?

Usually, just double clicking on the appropriate files will start the conversion process.

Mine always convert automatically when I end the meeting, so I just re-name rhe 0_zoom.mp4 file and I'm done.
