To Whom It May Concern : -  Seeking for your valuable advice.

Am planning to host a meeting to less than 100 people, so far invitations have been sent and gradually receiving response.

How do I send zoom invite in bulk?  I tried to copy the invitation and sent via email to each participants but there is no function for them to click "accept" or "decline" ?

Is there anyway that I can use this function?   Thanks!

Hi @Winnie

If you are looking to get a Accept or Decline response from each participant, I would suggest exporting the meeting info to a calendar service and invite participants through that calendar event. When they receive the invite, they will have the option to accept or decline the invite and that response is passed on to you.

Alternatively, you could schedule a meeting with registration and send out the generic registration page link in bulk, with their registration serving as an accepted response.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
