We have received some reports that some of our users changed their full name and display name in their profile.  However, the name format does not apply to all their meetings attended and sometimes it keeps on reverting to their default name.
Hope you can help us.

      Hi,

       

      If your users are attending meetings that they were already registered for, their name shown in that meeting will be the name they entered when they registered for that meeting.

       

      That has been my observation anyway.
