Are you saying when you have your headset on and there's audio playing out of your laptop, you can't hear the audio from your computer speaker?

You need to use a reliable Bluetooth and UC-certified USB wireless headset for Zoom audio if you want to avoid any audio lag. For finding a reliable and best one, Go to Google and Search "Headset Guides" and enter this website, and Navigate Menus, and Hover Over "SOLUTIONS ↓" where you'll see Microsoft Teams Meeting, Zoom Meeting, Skype for Business Solutions, and more.
