Half of participants unable to connect to audio

This morning, while logging into a Zoom meeting, half of our participants (6 of the 12) were unable to connect to audio. We could see them but there was no audio in or out. We hold this meeting monthly and have never had this issue in the 2 years that we have had these meetings.

It doesn't happen very often, but it's possible that it might be a geographic issue with the Zoom servers. It's possible that those 6 participants were connected to the same server that may have been having an issue.

When something like that occurs you can go to https://status.zoom.us/

Or, search Google for Zoom Server Status for other sites that track reports.

If you find this information helpful, click on "Accept as Solution".
