HELP Cloud Recordings Missing

Hello - I was the host/account owner of several meetings and recorded each of them to the cloud, but sometimes I pressed record and other times i assigned a co-host from outside of my network who would press record to cloud. Each time I was the main host. Although Zoom claimed to have recorded all of the meetings during the meeting, all of the recordings that the other person pressed record for are missing. Other people have pressed record before in my meetings and it has worked. Where could the recordings have gone???? Please help.

Did you get this resolved? I have the same issue! I recorded a meeting I was on yesterday asked it to record to the cloud and nothing! It was a really important call and I have no idea where the recording has gone.

I am having the same issue. I have my meetings automatically recording to the cloud. I had a super important meeting on Friday and I made sure the record button was on. Nothing is listed for the time, I don't understand.

No one seems to have an answer for this. My co-host records are not showing up in my host’s recording list. Wish one of th experts here would address this.

Just happened to us - auto cloud record is activated and (forgot to also local record) but there is no cloud recording to be found - very frustrating - AND meeting still shows the start button as if it hasn't occurred ?!?!
