Group seats for coaching sessions

Hey, my company has 4 coaches that do 2-hour long coaching calls every week. 

Can we have a set ZOOM link called / coaching and each coach uses that? So that all coaches don't need a paid seat.

A license is required for each simultaneous session. A meeting ID could be created for each coach. The username and account password can be used to login and start the meeting and then the coach or anyone else who has joined the meeting can be made the host.
