Zoom Revenue Accelerator for tracking coaching effectiveness

Hi 
I use Zoom Revenue Accelerator and it's scorecards to help coach reps. However how do I see if the coaching is improving the areas on the scorecard? Is there a summary somewhere of previous sessions run with the rep and their scorecard data?

Hi @Stephic,

As part of our next release on 6/6, we are adding a new scorecard tab in the Analytics section that will allow you to select a specific scorecard, choose a time range and see the average score by rep.  Clicking on the bar chart next to any of the reps will allow you to drill in to the individual scores given to the rep during that time range.
