My green screen bleeds through my virtual background, even when i have checked the box indicating i am using a green screen. When i uncheck the green screen box it still bleeds through. Have attached a file (usually there is more green, but still you see the problem). I am using a brand new Dell laptop and Windows 10.

Hello!

When using a green screen, there should be a good amount of contrast between the subject and the screen so the computer can easily determine what is screen, and what is the subject.

From your image, the 'green' you have selected does appear a bit dark.

Would it be possible to put a light on the green screen to increase the contrast?  Or select a lighter portion of the screen to use as the primary matching color?

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thanks! Rick
