Se venció mi cuenta Zoom y cuando realicé el pago se habían eliminado todas mis grabaciones de la nube.
¿Cómo puedo recuperar esas grabaciones?

My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! If you could please submit a support ticket to our Billing department and they can request that the Engineering department recovers all cloud recordings to your account.

Hola, yo también perdí mis grabaciones solo que ya he levantado 3 tickets de soporte y aún no me solucionan mi problema.
