Getting Invalid ID error

I got this error for a meeting I'd scheduled for 11. I had just ended some earlier meetings with the same client with no problem. When I got this error, I was not able to join my own meeting, so I deleted the zoom location and added a new one using the Outlook add-in. Once I did that, I restarted my meeting. My internal colleagues were then easily able to join the meeting, but none of the external clients were able to join.

How do I prevent this from happening in future?

Please follow the steps outlined in the following support article to troubleshoot invalid meeting id: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068841
